Move Forward with Discipline

Okay, just you think about it-everyday we eat, sleep & work just to survive. So why we need motivation to exercise? Why does someone else have to tell us,” hey, you should exercise”? At the the end of the day, this body is yours-so staying fit & healthy should be your own priority

If you truly care about yourself, you’ll exercise not because someone told you to, but exercise you want to. And one you start living with discipline, you won’t even need motivation.

Motivation doesn’t last-it might be there today, gone be there today, gone tomorrow. But discipline keeps you consistent.

Let’s say you got motivated & did 300 push-up in a day, but then didn’t work out again for a week. On the other hand, someone else does just 10-20 pushups everyday, without fail. who’s more successful? Obviously, the one who stayed consistent.

Consistency is the key to success. You can get motivation from you tube, reels, shorts-sure you’ll find lots of inspiring content. But at the end of the day, it’s your own discipline that brings results.


1: Try to exercise regularly

If you can’t go to gym or do heavy workouts, at least start with walking. try freehand exercise-just do something. Running, walking, cycling-whatever feels right for you.

Watch You Tube videos, follow simple routine & slowly build your pace. Once you’re in the flow, you can move on to weight training, which helps your muscles & bones grow stronger.

2: Set a fixed time for exercise

when’s the best time for workout? that’s totally depend on you & when your body feels active. some people prefer mornings, some prefer evening-& both are fine.

Once study says people feel more mentally active 6-7 hours after waking up for exercise, so try to find your sweet spot. Just make sure you create a routine where workout times is non-negotiable.

3: Exercise with a friend or workout buddy

When you workout with someone you like-your friend, sibling, or a close buddy-your energy level can increase by 20-30%.

you’ll feel more motivated, have fun & push yourself harder. It also strengthens your bond, and you enjoy the process way more.so yeah training with a buddy really works.
